After many years in the company, I find myself having to say it is not somewhere I would recommend, unless it is as a short-term stepping stone. The company has a vision of being in the top 75th percentile Employer on GALLUP, With this target in mind, in last year’s survey we were challenged why we would not give a top score (5) against all the questions. But now they want to pay based on the average in the UK and have reduced Grade Values accordingly. In some cases this is a reduction of 20% (the higher performers are hit the hardest with this change). All the time saying that ‘Our People are our Strength’…
