Pros

Really good, talented people in all areas but a mass exodus - some enforced - ensued from 2005 onwards. People had worked hard and cared about the brands they represented and developed.

Cons

New recruits were simply not up to the task and the quality of the commercial teams fell rapidly. New senior management were simply in it for themselves and very quickly established a clique culture - if you towed the line and did not rock the boat then you were accepted.

Pros

As an international company I was able to work with and be in regular contact with colleagues from all over the world. I had autonomy within my department.

Cons

There was no room for advancement without changing departments as the company was restructuring and centralising (again). The long term workers didn't have much faith in upper management. Many regular employees had to reapply for jobs in other departments.
