Everything is possible at AkzoNobel

Pros

A good company for self starting, independent people. For them, there is a lot of freedom. Everybody is open to communicate with you. No strict career paths; many unique functions. Unbeatable amount of holidays (in NL), high remuneration.

Cons

Unclear governance (matrix org.), too many unfinished projects, instead of learning culture (reflection/evaluation) trial/error culture, no standardized project management approach for projects.
