Pros

Pleasant colleagues and free coffee.

Cons

Lots of talk about employee engagement but not interested in giving above inflation pay rises.

Pros

You get a monthly pay cheque

Cons

-POOR LEADERSHIP: provides no direction, is highly politicised and provides no learnings -POOR PERFORMANCE VS PEER COMPANIES IN THE REGION Catastrophic loss of market share in the last 3-5 years. Instead of trying to understand the underlying causes of poor performance and taking action to solve these, the employees are kept busy preparing for the next presentation. -TOXIC WORK CULTURE:With no leadership to speak of, poor performance of the company and low motivation amongst even the senior employees, the workplace is highly politicised. There is blatant racism in the regional office - against individuals of a specific country. -NOTHING TO LEARN: unfortunately, there are no discussions, no perspectives offered and therefore no learnings. Most of the time is spent making and reveiwing presentations.
