Pros

Great company to help you develop your core competencies. There is a really clear framework to help you progress and with the right manager support and the attitude to take opportunities, you can move through the company and get lots of great experience.

Cons

Such a big company has it's downfalls. There is a really heavy meeting culture which means things move slowly and need lots of discussion before work can be progressed. The teams can also be really heirachical so it can be difficult to get your voice heard in lots of situations

Pros

they cater fod in once a week for all the operators once a year they reward all plant operators for no loss time injuries. this year we each got a grill set valued at 200 bucks each. for rough weather conditions such as high heat or cold winters (for example 2013 winter in chicago area). they gave us a $275 american express gift card for handling the weather so well. if you like alot of over time you can deffinitely get it here. most operators bring home $1000-$1500 a week in pay. Morris plant is union insurance is excelleent and cheap. no out of pocket exspenses.

Cons

can be hard work at times work holidays
