Good company, lots of change.

Pros

You can make an impact. Analysts have sway to make changes and voice opinions. Decent work/life balance as well.

Cons

There is usually an emergency, artificial or otherwise, that needs tended to somewhere and meetings could be excessive. The company has also gone through a tremendous amount of change over the past 5 years with the acquisition from ICI to Akzo and subsequently the sale to PPG.
