Good Company to work for

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Great co workers. Involved management. Very safety conscious. Good benefits. European top management. Competitive pay. Excellent training opportunities. Ample opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Challenging work environment. Not exactly the cleanest industry to work with. As a more mature industry, the coworkers tend to be nearing retirement age. There are very few younger workers looking to do what it takes to make it in the paint industry.

Pros

Lots of freedom to work. The pay is very good. The benefits are even better.

Cons

Their expenses are outrageous. The need to do better at planning for the future. The sales needs to work with the supply and not against them. They are both on the same team.
