Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits, nice company culture, great coworkers, lots of opportunities to volunteer for community projects, great employee discounts on paints and sundries.
Cons
Several internal restructure processes (I went through 3 in 6 years), that led to overloaded employees, low morale, and several job cuts. On another hand, the onsite cafeteria services need to improve by offering more quality food items.
