Pros

Established a recgonized brand in Dulux through an aggresive advertising program

Cons

Their IT systems suck. It took years to get it accessible for everyone. Training programs are a joke, they weren't setup or administered properly for such a large company. The P&D Dialog employee evaluation program left a lot to be desired. It required a fair amount of input, but there was minimal feedback or constructive recommenations. Too heavy on "middle"management, no indication on who does what in the company.

Cons

• Lots of internal change, switching of departments and managers and sometimes job titles • Not particularly exciting-- fairly redundant workload
