Pros

They provide great benefits, including a company car, and great flexibility.

Cons

Very little or last minute communication from the top down. There were too many changes with the product lines, which discouraged customer base.

Pros

Akzo provides an extremely generous 401K package. They are a global company which gives you many options career wise. There are a number of business lines to explore and they have a lot of tenured employees whom are great mentors.

Cons

Cons are the same as any company - not enough resources, highly competitve industry, and lots of change due to housing and construction market make for an anxious work environment.
