Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. Very flexible work schedule, supplied company car and gas card.

Cons

Low pay compared to others in the industry. Low moral and direction. Very physical and demanding work load. Worked long hours and more paper work at home. Spent alot of time on our laptop doing paperwork. Sales force was reduced company wide.
