      Good health plant that is above the average in the industry Friendly people that makes a good atmosphere and also a great team

      the facilities need to be updated to be still the leader in the paint market they need to put more attention the people training

      If you like being a second class citizen. Believe that no good ideas come from the US, and you're just hanging on to your career by a thread, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Spent too much time chasing shadows to put to rest the latest fears of senior management. Saw some great ideas go nowhere because they literally believe the saying...if it ain't dutch it ain't much...
