Pros

Generally all of the people working in stores and great/very helpful Great products… although the are slowly pricing themselves out of the market

Cons

Where do I start…. The business has been going downhill for years now and nothing has been changed to try and get the company back up and running. There is absolutely no communication between people in head office and those at store level (the people working in the field and speaking to the customers) The changes that need made never seem to happen and in the background they make changes to the business that never needed changing. They treat the staff as numbers and you rarely feel like the company does anything to show appreciation to any of the staff at lower levels. The products are getting far too expensive and it is losing so much business to competitors. At the same time they expect the people selling their paint should be upselling/getting new customers and great sales growth year on year. The wages are far lower than the competitors yet they expect their staff to provide the best service on the market. Staff cuts and redundancies Short staffed and no help from anyone higher up to keep stores afloat
