Pros

Nothing .... no empathy. Have a job inerview next week. Can't wait to leave. I hate to say some of my fellow employees show up drunk for work. ... oh wait Tims code word is popsicle.

Cons

Lot's of promises no follow thru. They tell you that you can make a lot in commission but, what they don't tell you is that you need to screw the people who call in to make that much money!

Great family atmosphere, plenty of times where we had fun even if the management and consumers on the phone made work life difficult

Cons

Management full on SUCKS. All about who can get up each others butt the most while leaving the peons that BRING IN THE MONEY THAT MAKES THIS COMPANY to scramble and try to make a living while you continue to cut commission structures. Not to mention the "QA" department.....continuously coming up with new rules so that we wouldn't offend the smallest mouse, forgetting that this is COLLECTIONS and NOT customer service!

Pros

Location easy to find. Office not that large, less than 70 agents. Everyone knows each other. Ease of parking.

Cons

Management and supervisor are family. Lots of favoritism. Lack of training. Inconsistent policies and procedures. Some of the supervisors can be very condescending, rude, and overly cocky. Lots of fraternization in the workplace. Certain job functions have changed which has increased a rapid change of typing which has cause on the job related injuries leading to multiple workers comp claims.
