40 hours guaranteed, some over time like once a month

Cons

You're collecting from the worst people and from very old accounts, they expect you to hit a goal, after you hit that goal whatever you make is counted as commission but you only get a percentage of that and if you don't fall within the top 10 of the whole office you get lower then 30%... they hire delinquents

Commission can be worthwhile if you put in the time, willing to work around your schedule (to a point)

Cons

Low wage, commission is good only if you've been here for years and have put in enough time...management is terrible and only cares about getting their bonuses, couldn't care less about the measley wage they pay their employees...will hire anyone off the street and looks like a welfare office

Nice people and place to work.

Cons

The pay an hr should be more...I think people would stay if they made a little more. And they should be a bonus or something for the people would live outside of gig harbor.
