Good pay for the work, commission structure is lucrative

Cons

You have to collect credit card bills. Its the worst thing ever. Tough to make people who can't pay their bills feel bad about not being able to pay their bills.

These guys need a more current review

Pros

Good training, comfortable environment,free coffee, workout room. Not too mention decent base pay plus commission with no cap. Benefits after 30 days med dent vision dis and term life.

Cons

Work can be a little dull when no one answers the phone. Regulations thats seem to be ever changing leading to some confusion among the staff.
