Pros
Excellent benefits with plenty of PTO and 100 percent remote.
Cons
The lack of empathy and alot of stress with dealing with negative and unpleasant cardholders where you are forced to be talked upon by them as incompetent agents. The clients we assist provide the bankcard associates the information to explain to the card holders their benefits but constantly argue you down to the point it makes you want to take your PTO or accept the VTO provided for a mental day off to regroup.
