      Good salary -vhi-nice people - Good job to have while you look for new job

      Cons

      Everybody is leaving because of power hungry, micro minagement team leader. Everyone I know is actively looking for a job. Team leader with no skills to work with people. Team leader who bullies you to make them feel powerful.

      Pros

      It has a good culture, the people i work with a friendly and helpful. continuous training is provided to all staff members and it is encouraged at all levels

      Cons

      The salary paid is not in line with industry norms. the work life balance needs to be improved, there is no thought given for a personal life if the place is busy.

      Pros

      Job is interesting. You are never bored. Salary is very competitive and people in general very nice .Flexibility is definitely another pro . Good experience overall.

      Cons

      Volume of work and ratio of shifts are concerns .The department is not well organised but nothing that can't be improved .There is a lack of team spirit or fun in general with some exceptions. Apart from that I don't really see many other issues.
