Pros
Before becoming a parent, Fitness was a huge part of my life. Now as a single parent, I have very limited time for anything outside of work and taking care of my child. I started to become depressed and defeated because something I love so dearly had been taken away. I decided to take action. I spoke with my manager, and I asked to come in 30 minutes early for an hour lunch. There was no hesitation on her part. My permanent schedule was updated before the end of my shift. I now have an hour to take care of myself. I am truly humble and appreciative of this opportunity.
Cons
No downside. I appreciate my employer.
