      Inclusive, diverse, very family friendly, excellent work life balance, great benefits, friendly colleagues, very diverse workforce , an amazing culture, career development and the list is endless

      I can't think of any. One of the best companies I have ever worked in Ireland. Exceptional HR team. I was part of Irish Allianz Partners HR team and worked as one of the Senior HR Business Partners. From the interview day until my last day of employment, I had a truly rewarding and engaging experience with the company. Very inviting and friendly business stakeholders made my job lot more easier. I have absolutely enjoyed each and every minute of my time with AP. I will treasure this experience forever. Great HR colleagues, one of the best HR teams.

      It's hard to find someone who appreciates your work

      Pros

      My former Team Lead knew what he was doing. He valued hard work and rewarded the ones who deserved it.

      Cons

      My Allianz Care journey (short version): - My first Team Lead didn't appreciate work. He even put me on the performance improvement plan without any valid reason. The reason actually was that he simply couldn't get along with me - My second Team Lead was one of the best Team Leads that I had in my career (I am not talking only about Allianz Care but in general). He valued my hard work, took me off the PIP (performance improvement plan) and promoted me shortly after. The first time since my staying I felt appreciated in this company. Unfortunately I got a new Team Lead and that's why I gave a 1 star rating - My current Team Lead has a complete different approach towards work. Instead of rewarding hardworking employees he values more the "positive ones" who "try to create a nice working environment" instead of taking care of the productivity. I didn't apply to work in a primary school and don't understand why we need to put so much effort into celebrating Birthdays, Christmas etc. Worse of all is that the organisation of these kind of events seem to be more important than processing claims. Isn't this why we are here?! To process claims!

      A good company, that takes care of the employees (especially for families), could be more transparent

      Paid transportation/savings on car insurance Yearly bonus Approachable top management Flexible starting time Investment on training and development after probation Nice environment with most colleagues

      Cons

      Many policies are left to the manager's discretion, opening the door to (perceived/real) different treatment The business keeps growing, they should hire more resources As we are not hiring much, it is a bit difficult moving from one department to the other
