Business Outlook
Pros
The job is secure and stable, I can choose if I want to start work at 7, 8 or 9am. I work with some great people from all over the world and if I want to work more hours (though the hours are very long already), the bonuses and overtime payments are quite generous .
Cons
Team Leaders can be very problematic. The majority of people working in this company are very professional and easy to get along with, with the exception of team leaders. Abuse of power, lack of knowledge about claims, very slow response times to their team's queries. Other cons include long hours and non-central location
