Good location, good package, stable
Cons
Poor, ineffective, inexperienced senior executive team who have grown up in the place. Narcissistic and autocratic management style. Little career progression as senior staff unless you are willing to stamp on the head of others to get where u want to go. Cliques and lack of trust throughout. Bad enough at senior level, can't imagine what it's like In more junior roles. Clear message of do it our way or get lost.
