      Pros

      The benefits are good. Headquarters in Richmond with a lot of opportunity within the company.

      Cons

      Little to no support during the workday. This can get messy in a call-center environment. When employees do not have anyone to direct a question or consult with while taking calls it can be problematic. Especially when performance is primarily based on call statistics such as avg. call time, hold time, etc.

      Pros

      - People who truly care about their job - Regular opportunities to collaborate across departments - A really relaxed work environment, yet all the work still gets done - Amazing PTO benefits - Possible to be in a manager role without any actual direct reports

      Cons

      - 401k is average, for a company doing this well I would've expected some increase - Some of the global initiatives that they are pushing seem to be financial strategy over actual practical use.

      Thanks for your comments and insight. One note, in case you missed the announcement at our last company meeting, the 401(k) employer match will increase starting the first of the year.

      Pros

      Allianz cares about front line associates and works very hard to create a great work environment for them. Front line associates have a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      While Allianz does well with its front line associates, it often misses the mark with management. More time should be spent training managers and a better work-life balance would be helpful. Expectations are constantly changing and can be ambiguous.

      Thank you for your feedback. It is true that we invest a lot of our time and money to maintain a supportive work environment for our employees. We are constantly improving our training modules to support our senior leaders, managers and our employees to help them develop their skills. The wellbeing of our employees is hugely important to us. Last year we launched Work well program to help employees to manage stress, regardless of their role or level.
