      Very bad company, people treated like robots

      Pros

      VHI (not fully paid by company), travel expenses, honestly can't think of any more pros

      Cons

      Micromanaged, TLs watching every move you do, you only have 2 breaks when working 8:00 to 17:30 (sometimes longer), first break at 10:00 for 5 minutes and second break at 15:00 for 10 minutes, lunch is only 30 minutes, work load is too much and managers keep sending you pointless emails which adds to the stress

      Pros

      The culture here is very enjoyable...certainly a very work hard, play hard environment. The work life balance is also a major plus. Directors and management act like they really care for their employees and make the effort to actively communicate with all levels of employees, keeping an element of openness present.

      Cons

      Overall, there is not much to dislike here. Base pay could do with an improvement, but that's about it.

      Everyone who works here is great, good compensation, fun events, room to grow if you are willing to put in the time, training opportunities.

      Cons

      You will take a lot of calls and some can be difficult (expected in a call center.)
