      Pros

      This is a great, successful, forward looking company and I enjoy working here. I just had my 5 year anniversary and they sent me a really nice gift to commemorate it. The office is terrific with the best cafeteria I've ever seen and a state of the art gym which I love. The people are really smart and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Like most other companies, retaining the best and brightest has been a challenge, but I think they are working hard to address that.

      Pros

      Spacious work areas, very nice people, tries to do right things for customers, beautiful building with starbucks and cafeteria and gym, managers and directors are great, sales up this year

      Cons

      underpaid, understaffed, best and most experienced talent is leaving, work-life balance not good, unnecessarily stressful. Big disappointment that company has gone downhill like this even when growing.
