      if you can handle the stress then you have a stable job.

      Micromanagment,yes indeed.The mentality under employees/managers is each monkey in his cage.The CEO thinks he is the pharao of Egypt.

      If you are a hard worker, Take a look at the laziest person you work with, and in terms of reward ask yourself what do you really get in return for your hard work compared to the laziest person in the job , when you realize it's not much of a difference in terms of pay put your feet up and don't work as hard because it's not worth it in this company at the end of the day, meaningful promotions are only for Irish people also.
