We are pleased you believe our total rewards offerings are competitive to market and that you found your role intellectually satisfying. The concerns that you cited based on race and sexual orientation are something we take very seriously and for which we have a zero tolerance policy for. We have a comprehensive process that we adhere to, should this type of complaint arise, to ensure the behavior is addressed, documented and does not occur again. Some of the other concerns you raise are challenges many organizations face, when going through times of significant transformation and growth. Many of these are being addressed through better and more frequent communication, which seems to be resonating well with our employee base. We will continue to provide multiple avenues for associates to give their feedback and will ensure they see us acting on it. Thank you again for providing yours.

Fast paced, fast changing, multinational organization

Pros

This a great company with a hugely dedicated team of people. It’s fast moving and like all multinational companies is in a constant state of change. It’s a high performance culture - so expectations are high - but it’s a brilliant place to learn and develop. There are lots of opportunities for people who want to progress. Plainly, given some of the reviews here, not everyone has had a positive experience but my own view is that this is a fantastic place to work.

Cons

It’s constantly changing, the matrix can be a challenge, demands are high... My own perception is that the management team are very committed to making it a better place to work.

Good Co workers and can eat at your desk

Cons

They would rather bleed millions in extra medical costs because of understaffing and not being able to get to most of their clients in a timely manner then spend it on staffing. In medical case managment you will be asked to take call when you are on calls and to take calls when you are dealing with emergency medical situations. People are leaving faster then they can hire them

Regarding your department feedback, the Medical Case Management team has gone through a significant amount of change, as it became a Medical Global Competency Center within our Allianz Family. This means our Canadian Business Unit provides inbound medical case management for all of our Allianz Partners business units and their travelers, who come to the United States. There is a lot of change associated when moving to a more complex service model, such as this. Change is hard for some people, and we understand that it is not always understood. However, we have many that value the changes we are making to provide a better experience for both our clients, partners and our associates. We will continue to look for better ways of doing things and value all associate feedback as we take this journey.
