      Great place to work - My honest experience

      Pros

      Flexible employer. Interesting work (mostly) Friendly colleagues. Cultural diversity. Fair salary. Free parking, Year end bonus/gift card. Insurance discounts. Regular communication forums

      Cons

      Located away from shops/restaurants etc. Offices spread across many buildings. Some operational units seem to have work overload / poor system support & 'involuntary' overtime commitments. Shift work required.

      Health insurance subsidised,tax saver, opportunity to Work bank holidays. Diverse environment. Good people to work within the team. Issues need to addressed.

      Cons

      Salary is extremely poor, bonus is not guaranteed and Management will not tell you until last minute, payroll department is extremely poor always mistakes,

      Canadian Office - No direction, disorganized leadership

      Pros

      Fair compensation. Tons of room for growth for the right person. Great experience to learn by working in constant chaos.

      Cons

      Stale middle management team. Grew too fast without the right people, tools or processes to support a large company. CEO changes every year and each new one needs to make an impact by firing a few people and trying to drive change but they never stick around to see anything through. Lots of things forced down by head office that don’t make business sense.
