Pros
The company has robust policies, a strong culture of support and enough resources to ensure smooth sailing. The business itself is dynamic and ever exciting. The approach to R&D, Innovation and future building is extremely strong. It has ample opportunities to grow and learn and keep yourself excited about work. It is difficult to find such good companies and I am glad to be associated with Amadeus.
Cons
The same as most other global organizations where processes are long and tedious, approval matrices are highly complicated and one can wrongly perceive stability as lack of fast growth. For those who value stability this organization does not disappoint.
