Pros

* Full work from home & flexible working hours, atleast for virtual assosciates. * Very customer focused and not "business only" decision makers. * Team spends time on reviews to see what is the best idea. * Depending if you like writing, but there is a ton of writing (not only code) in amazon. Thus, very easy to find a contact or documentation for whatever you need. * Team specific: Team is easy to engage, and manager is very supporting

Cons

* Some time work can be overwhelming. * Don't like some of the technology, but this is more kind of personal preference, and the tech still works just have to get used to it.

Pros

Agile development means that you can get your code out quickly and into productions. Some Leadership Principles such as Ownership and Dive Deep are really valued by every person in the organization, and with these values in mind really helps you grow.

Cons

Some Leadership Principles such as Frugality do not make a lot of sense for small things like free snacks and drinks. The feeling for the work environment really depends on the team that you are working on. Some teams have very bad political bias or leadership management.
