Pros

The investment in training, development and on-boarding is really amazing. I've been provided ample protected time to get up to speed on Amazon's "peculiar" ways and I have learned more in my first two months than during any given year in my prior roles at other companies. Truthfully it is also more diverse than I expected across all areas - gender, race, age, and more. It's early days for me but so far I love it. Highly recommend.

Cons

There is a lot of information to take in. You must be very disciplined with time management and find the ways to make this type of environment work for you. I have heard that if you gave the job 24 hours a day it would take it so really focusing on prioritization and efficiency are important.
