Employees have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and utilize advanced technologies, which can be very stimulating for those seeking professional growth. The company offers various training and development opportunities, including mentoring programs and access to courses and certifications. Cons

Working at Amazon can also present some challenges. Here are a few potential downsides: High-Pressure Environment: The fast-paced and demanding nature of the work can be stressful, with tight deadlines and high performance expectations. Work-Life Balance: Long hours and the intensity of the work can sometimes make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Job Security: The company's performance-driven culture can create uncertainty, as employees may feel constant pressure to meet high standards to maintain job security. Limited Autonomy: Due to strict processes and guidelines, employees may experience limited autonomy in their roles, which can be frustrating for those who prefer more independence. High Turnover Rate: The demanding work environment and high expectations can lead to higher turnover rates, which can impact team stability and continuity. These are some potential cons of working at Amazon, which should be considered alongside the numerous benefits.

Pros

Worklife balance Good (not best) payment compensation Diversity

Cons

the company changed a lot since last 2.5 years. I would not recommend work at Amazon from career perspective anymore. The culture gone, many layoffs, no new projects, everybody is not satisfield in multiple departments, the best process is not working anymore (doc presentation), massive manual work, massive BI work, massive research without purpose, no-one-two door polices, to stop here... It's been my worst employeer in my entire carrer (20+ experience). Diversity, there is no growth plan for then. They are hired (which is good) but stays in the position till leave the company.
