Burnout Paradise

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

* Good RSU benefits; * People are usually nice (bare minimum, but I was requested to provide an answer longer than five words)

Cons

The work environment is a mixture of massive business, suboptimal BI tools, non-existing processes and conflicting objectives; all paired with short deadlines and expectation of high quality deliverables. Since the company is large and corporate/administrative processes doesn't scale efficiently, it's up to the worker to fill this gap with his own life. For Amazon, business as usual; for the employee it's the road for burnout. 'Amazon, in every box, a tear'
