Career progression is on every individual's aspiration, there is no hand holding. Most information is available in the repositories, but every individual has to deep dive for specific needs and tailor it for individual project needs. Might be overwhelming for new hires with very steep learning curve and might be difficult to keep up if you are not self motivated
