Pros

Continuous improvement and innovation is an authentic core value. I have never received as much internal training and thoughtful orientation at any other employer. Workplaces are very safe, clean and comfortable compared with other similar workplaces.

Cons

Being a retail company dependent on and committed to customer service means that employees sometimes have to work extra hours, on holidays, and sometimes experience changed schedules.

Pros

Being able to work from home is good, they give you all the equipment needed to get your home office set up.

Cons

The training for WFH associates is a joke. 3 weeks and I didn't learn even half the stuff I would encounter in the day to day calls. Not quite sure who my management team is, except for one person. Other associates can be very unpleasant during transfers.
