Business Outlook
Pros
Number 1 in technology, very efficient in areas such as customer service, and having the products that people want, almost regardless of what that may be.
Cons
Some mid and upper management personnel seem to to be in a total disconnect from the average worker, "associate" on the floor. It's hard to tell someone how to do something when you obviously don't know how to do it yourself. Having a college degree is one thing, having basic people skills and common sense is another.
