      Pros

      It has some of the best people doing awesome things everyday and pushing the limits of what is possible, the get-it-done atmosphere is greatly appreciated over that of stodgy old corporate cultures

      Cons

      The company prides itself on being frugal, which is great if you are a stock holder (which I am) but less than optimal when you are an employee. However in the last few months they have begun moving employees to a new campus and filling their buckets with nice perks.
