      Fantastic opportunities to learn and grow, chance to work with brilliant, highly accomplished and seasoned tech professionals with most of them willing to lend a helping hand. Decent work life balance contrary to the narrative in the media. They are making a sincere attempt to foster an inclusive culture.

      Cons

      Can feel like you are in a maze and get pretty chaotic at times. Unreasonably high bar for promotion.

      Company growing at a fast pace, so need to manage work life balance at time (plenty of support from the firm) Change is constant Attrition is high due to high demand for AWS skills/people.
