Pros

Makes it very clear as to how to succeed at the company. - Leaders are interested in the development of their subordinates. - Team members care about each other. - As a large company, AWS has clear policies in place and an inclusive culture with plenty of resources for success.
Cons
- People work more than a standard 40 hour week. However, the hours are not bad and there is an expectation that you maintain a work-life balance.
