Many talented and helpful people. Good benefits. Very friendly for newcomers. A lot of work to do and to show your potential.
Cons
Many projects are tied to old technology. You will have to work until late and weekends much more times than you want to. A lot of meetings to try to resolve meaningless things. You and your stuff are relocated a lot between floors and buildings.
