Pros
1: Very Employee Friendly environment 2: Lots of Extra-curricular Activity to participate. 3: If you are eager then you can learn lots of skill by yourself where the company will provide you learning material and all. 4: No micro-management(depends on project to project)
Cons
1: Workload is there in ever-Project. 2: There are a some-Inbuilt tool so you have to work on that which has no market demand. 3: For Fresher, they have to work on their skill otherwise after a few years they will stand nowhere as the project will provide lots of comforts.
