Business Outlook
Pros
Only free snacks and yearly gift voucher is good which makes people stay there. No growth / learning for laterals.
Cons
1. Not at all a process driven organisation. 2. Lot of pressures on laterals since expertise have left the organisation. 3. Full of college level environment. No professionalism in the work area. 4. It works like a normal industrial factory where for every task you need to follow up with the concern department. No SLA/ ticketing system is maintained for work resource queries. 5. No growth / self learning for laterals as they assigned with double the ppl task. 6. When asked about onsite.. They responds with 'WE ARE NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY' - this is something from Director level. Hence no onsite.
