Pros
Big company, nice food. Hires ppl without any experience and gives them first opportunity. Benefits such as company car and others.
Cons
hard boring work.. too many working hours on dumb things. Projects are being managed week by week without any thoughts about how much a person can handle. projects are being developed across half the glob, that creates many problems.
