      Interesting technology and systems and challenging roles servicing and delivering to big telcos. Good team/colleagues. Good facilities. Good salary and perks.

      good company, bad on promotions

      as a big company, there is always projects and a lot of work, that generates job security. good benefits package

      Cons

      it's very hard to get a promotion; even when you are actually performing as the next level, the company will take years to give the actual promotion; almost all employees are performing several roles at same time, creating a big stress and huge work load in each employee
