      Flexible schedule, many growth opportunities

      Cons

      Raises and bonuses are very small if you get them at all, so fight for the highest starting salary possible. High turnover since most can go elsewhere for a higher salary.

      Salary deposit is fair. Other than that I don'see any Pros.

      There are many disadvantages. They won't optimize new technologies. Everyday they do the same work repeatedly, without having any proper planning. They always give preference to the employee family members, without having any experience family members can join in amdocs. That's the beauty of amdocs and they will reject experienced people. Career wise there is no growth. . No Professionalism in work. Leaving the company very soon. There won't any use of learning their amdocs tools, If any one wants to gain knowledge, this is not the best place to work. At work place they will make you to loose their confidence. No increments in the salary
