      Excellent pay and benefits, multi-cultural workforce that celebrates those cultures, fast paced work environment, endless learning and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The work environment isn't for everyone, you have to be the kind of person that thrives in a fast paced, driven environment.

      - Nice people to work with but it is just luck (at least for me) - If you do R&D is a good tech env where you can learn a lot - Good starting salary - Opportunities to travel around the World

      Cons

      - You will not get a raise/promotion in the first 18 months - After that raises/promotions are very rare - *Israley* management is really poor: a lot of incompetent people "on the bridge" (phone call) from home while you are on the battlefield working 18 hours/day to meet an impossible deadline - They virtually enslave poor third-world guys from Cyprus/India - Bonuses are 1-2% of your salary (and it is good!)

      large scale layoffs in amdocs technology are happening because tmo left the company . They are in heavy losses and hiding it as restructuring due to ai . You might be the best performer in team today but next week your whole team might be removed due to poor quarterly results . Managers act like they care for you but in reality they just want results .No hike or promotions . better to avoid this company . Good engineers,experts and managers are leaving this company . They only keep people who work like slaves for 12 plus hours a day for very low salary.
