      Pros

      There is nothing which I can mention as Pros. The only good thing is Amdocs service division as it has lot opportunities and good people.

      Cons

      Complete management is deaf as they will not listen you ever. Managers and leads are not technical enough to help you. There is only thing they focus is meeting and meeting.

      Pros

      Excellent work culture, free breakfast/snacks, good onsite opportunities. In case of any issue or concern, you can talk to management directly.

      Cons

      Depending on your team, you may not be able to do hard core coding. There are some proprietary tools, that you have to use and work on. So if you are a fan of coding, you may not like it here.
