      Pros

      Flexible hours and facility to work from home. Cyprus life is casual (but office is not so). Get to learn more real management than other companies as per some close friends who left.

      Cons

      Stagnant pay, few growth opportunities, not really concerned with retaining talent, do not really understand the value of their employees or their experience. Good people often leave for better opportunities. Will only promote if you plan to stay at same location.

      hours are insane you can work 90 hours a week at times of pressure it is hard to develop because all the,technology is internal and does not have a lot of use in the market,low paid,and management is roughles and can fire anyone at will
