      Avg Place to work, less growth opportunities (at least in Product Base Group)

      Pros

      If you are in Product Group then below are advantages 1.Good Work Life balance 2.Management takes care of employees, never forces to work on weekends.

      Cons

      1. Avg Salary, You should ask hike when you join, afterwords don't expect much. 2. No Onsite in Product group. If you are in delivery group then you can have short term onsite trips frequently, but for product groups don't expect onsite. 3. No growth opportunities.

      Good for some and not so good for other

      Pros

      good compensations, and other facilities as well like food, etc. Quality work in development projects esp in PBG division great work life balance in this divion. Good onsite opportunity in other departments. Proper way of promoting people and recognition of your work.

      Cons

      Work life balance not that great except PBG. But onsites offered are more in other divisons like GSS, delivery, etc.
