Pros
If you need a one time high increment, yes, then you can change your company and join Amdocs. Here too, you will get free snacks and breakfast.
Cons
This is the worst company I ever found in my career. If there is no work, they simply fire the candidate. There is no bench system. I joined just 3 months back and now they asked me to leave company as there is no project and look a job outside. There is also another guy who worked for more than 4 years on Billings and now he is also getting fired. They is no values for the resources in Amdocs. There is lot of projects now freezed. They hire the guy but don't know where to put and they simply fire them. My request is don't join this company for money.
